There are a lot of people who take time to contribute, add to a debate and generally share a passion with likeminded enthusiasts.

Pete Denison's recent blog post about online creation is brilliant. Below is a section I particularly enjoyed.

Those who sit in front of an empty page, screen, canvas or microphone and produce something great — or not — and if not, keep coming back until they do. Every day without fail, they show up and create. Pushing on, and approaching every day as though it will produce their best scene, verse, or sketch yet.

I thoroughly recommend reading the full post, Here's to the Creators

I have signed up for this years NaNoWriMo, thank you Pete for the reminder!

Aaron Draplin and the Art of the Side Hustle: Link

Aaron Draplin and the Art of the Side Hustle is a great video from the guys over at Vans. I was prompted to have a look at this video after listening to the Pen Addict podcast and thought I would share it here.

As a huge Field Notes fan everything Draplin does peaks my interest. It's refreshing to see someone who genuinely loves what they do and is passionate about it. Something to aspire to.
